Personalised items and emails are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalised pieces once your order has been submitted.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
