Welcome to the Journey! ✨

We are so incredibly excited to welcome you to the very first Witchy Scot Holistic Fayre!


We couldn’t be happier to start this journey at Leith Arches. While this is our first gathering, it certainly won’t be our last—we’re already planning a series of magical events throughout the year.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the best of Scottish independent craft and spiritual healing! The fayre is a gathering dedicated to holistic and self-care tools, ethical shopping, and community.


Join us on this Imbolc Edition, to celebrate the ancient Celtic fire festival marking the return of the light and the perfect time for cleansing with a focus on wellness and renewal.


What to expect


🔮 Tarot insights, responsibly sourced crystals, and ritual supplies.


🌿 Holistic Wellness: Explore natural skincare products, herbal remedies, essential oils, Reiki, and massages.


🛍️ Artisan Creations: Discover one-of-a-kind Scottish crafts, candles, jewellery, and artwork.

The Fayre takes place on Sunday, February 1st, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Leith Arches, 6 Manderston St, Edinburgh EH6 8LY. 


Entry is FREE, but please remember to bring cash and cards for vendor purchases.


While entry is free, workshops and talks are paid and must be booked in advance.

 Leith Arches has limited access to the upstairs mezzanine, where all workshops are held. Vendors will be marked as either Upstairs or Downstairs. There will be a Quiet Hour from 10:00 to 11:00 to limit crowds and create a calmer environment for those who need it.

 Most vendors accept card payments, but bring cash just in case. There is no parking at Leith Arches; please use public transport or local parking. Children and dogs are welcome, but supervision is required, especially on the mezzanine.

The Witchy Scot Holistic Fayre is an event designed to connect local creators with a dedicated audience looking for wellness, spirituality, and artisan goods.


Requirements


We are looking for vendors who align with our holistic and "witchy" theme. Please note that all vendors must have their own Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and provide their own display materials.


Spaces are limited and highly sought after—don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

Booking & Application Process

Applications deadline: January 6th, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

We aim to notify your application status (Confirmed, Waitlist, or Not Accepted) by January 7, 2026.

Stall fee: £50.

This fee must be paid in full by the deadline specified in your acceptance email to secure your space.

Once we receive your payment, we will email you a Media Pack. Failure to pay by this date may result in your space being released to the waiting list.

 Vendor load-in and set-up starts at 9:00 AM and you must be packed up by 5:00 PM. Load-in is via the Leith Arches main door with a 15-minute unloading limit and there is no vendor parking available. Your booking includes a 180 cm table and two chairs. You are responsible for the display equipment (tablecloths, shelves, lighting). Leith Arches features a mezzanine level where all workshops take place. This area is only accessible by stairs. Please let us know of any accessibility requirements in your application.

 All stall holders and workshop hosts are required to have valid Public Liability Insurance. The venue offers complimentary Wi-Fi, but we recommend having a mobile data hotspot for reliable card payments. Stall fees are non-refundable once paid; please refer to the event’s Terms & Conditions.

What we’re looking for

Host a Workshop

We’re dreaming of a diverse schedule that reflects the spirit of Imbolc and holistic living. Themes could include:


Seasonal Rituals: Candle dressing, Brigid’s cross weaving, or intention setting.


Divination & Spirit: Tarot for beginners, crystal grids, or moon manifesting.


Holistic Wellness: Herbalism basics, DIY apothecary, or essential oil blending.


Creative Soul: Witchy embroidery, amulet making, or mindful journaling. 

How it works

What we’re looking for

Host a Workshop

Simple Partnership: There are no upfront costs to host a workshop with us. Instead, we work on a commission basis. We take care of the ticketing and marketing for a 30% fee from bookings, leaving you free to focus on your craft. You receive 70% of your total sales after the event.


Time and Space: Workshops run for an hour and are held in a dedicated area on our mezzanine, overlooking the energy of the Fayre.


Your Ticket, Your Way: You decide the price and the minimum/maximum number of guests. We’ll list the tickets on our website and on our official Eventbrite page for you!

Whether you’re an experienced educator or this is your first time leading a group, we’d love to hear from you. We want to make hosting a workshop as stress-free as possible, so we’ve kept things simple.
